Our Philosophy
1Team Fitness is an all-inclusive fitness retreat. We believe going on vacation should be healthy, fit and fun! We live by the notion that in order to make fitness a lifestyle, it should be fun, exciting, and practiced every day!! Our trainers and dietitian on board obtain top credentials and care as much about the success of reaching your goals on your fitness journey as you do!
We know that meeting and accomplishing fitness and health goals can be a long, challenging road...thats why we've put together a small team of individuals that actually care about your success! We believe in the philosophy of "Progress not Perfection" if you are bettering yourself and getting closer to your goals each day, then you have accomplished something positive that should not be dismissed! Too many people get hung up on overnight success; with weight loss and improved health think of the old expression; "Rome was not built in one day". The best way to improve your health is to be persistent and dedicated to making fitness and wellness a lifestyle.
