Coach Kyle has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 15 years. He graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science/Kinesiology and an Associates in Sports Management and is certified in sports nutrition, strength & conditioning, and golf fitness.  Kyle also taught elementary PE for 7 years in the Hillsborough County School District and works well with all ages and levels!  As a health coach, Kyle believes in the philosophy of: "Progress not Perfection".  His positive attitude and motivation is contagious!!

1 Team Fitness Nutritionist & health coach Ashley Nadar

Ashley is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, RDN who received her education at the University of Alabama. She is here to celebrate all wins, big and small to help you achieve sustainable goals through personalized nutrition. Ashley creates a space for you to learn, improve your relationship with food, and achieve your big-picture health goals. She believes that being a health coach covers more than just fitness and it’s important to fuel your body with optimal nutrition.  When she’s not working one-on-one with clients she can be found in the kitchen creating something new!!

We believe going on vacation should be healthy, fit and fun!  We live by the notion that in order to make fitness a lifestyle, it should be fun, exciting, and practiced every day!!  Our health coaches obtain top credentials and care as much about the success of reaching your goals on your fitness journey as you do!

We know that meeting and accomplishing fitness and health goals can be a long, challenging road...thats why we've put together a small team of individuals that actually care about your success!  We believe in the philosophy of "Progress not Perfection" if you are bettering yourself and getting closer to your goals each day, then you have accomplished something positive that should not be dismissed! Too many people get hung up on overnight success; with weight loss and improved health think of the old expression; "Rome was not built in one day". The best way to improve your health is to be persistent and dedicated to making fitness and wellness a lifestyle.
