9:00-9:30: Beach Run/Walk
9:45-10:30: Class(Yoga, HIIT, TRX, Spin etc.)
10:45-11:30: Healthy Breakfast/nutrition overview
11:30-12:00: Misc. class/ activity (paddle boarding, kayaking, indoor surfing, biking etc.)
12:00-12:30: Resistance training/Myoware MRT session/stretch
12:30-2:00: Back to the resort for lunch
2:00-5:00: Rest and recover
5:00- Dinner at your leisure, Relax!
