If this sounds like you then its imperative that you keep reading!
One thing that happens to a lot of people when they start working out is they start strong and consistently go to the gym, but after awhile they start to fade and slowly lose their motivation and passion to workout. This could happen for multiple reasons, but the big one that I often hear is they are burned out and no longer find it enjoyable. The first thing I ask them is when the last time they changed their workouts and routines up and the answer usually is they haven’t or its been a long time. This is one of the fastest ways you can burn out, and get tired of going to the gym, and it happens to a lot of people.
Fortunately there are multiple ways to prevent this from happening.
Its very important to mix things up and change your exercise program. Not only is it important to keep you motivated and challenged, but its also vital in your progression! By doing this it will keep you challenged and keep your workouts fresh and new.t feel like going, the other one can motivate them to go. You will more likely go to the gym if someone else is counting on you to be there.t need to be in the gym, on a treadmill to do your cardio. You can get a great cardio workout in by doing any activity that keeps your heart rate up for an extended period of time. Anything from biking and running outside, to swimming or playing a sport can be considered cardio.
Taking care of your cardio somewhere other than the gym, can help a ton!
Also consider taking fitness classes to replace a day or two in the gym. Depending on your fitness goals and level, a great body sculpting or TRX class could replace a day of resistance training in the gym, or a spin or zumba class could replace your gym cardio for that day. Thinking outside of the box can go miles in the fitness world and can help you from plateauing and help guide you to your fitness goals!! Remember to keep things fresh and try new things! Think of it like this, say you absolutely love to golf, and are passionate about the sport, but you play on the same course every day, every week. Even the most enthusiastic golf fanatic will eventually get sick of playing golf on the same course. The same goes for fitness and working out in the gym! So remember to keep things fresh and try new things. For an amazing fitness experience outside the gym, make sure you check out www.1teamfitness.com, and 1Team Fitness’s Beach Boot Camp Extravaganza!!
