We like to keep things fresh and exciting and keep your muscles guessing, thats why every day you spend at 1Team Fitness we partake in different fun fitness activities like kayaking, spin, yoga, Pilates, boot camps, beach runs, hiking, TRX, indoor rock climbing and more! Our goal is to show our guests that getting in shape can be fun and exciting. The days of spending countless hours in the gym and getting burned out by the same monotonous workouts are over! We also believe that hard work should be rewarded, thats why we set our guests up in luxurious beach side rooms with balconies that overlook the sandy beaches leading to the Gulf of Mexico. We finish each day at 2pm giving our guests plenty of time to unwind relax and recover.
8:00-9:00: Beach Fitness/Outdoor Fitness
9:00-9:30: Beach Run/Walk
9:45-10:30: Class(Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Spin etc.)
10:45-11:30: Healthy Breakfast
11:30-12:00: Nutrition segment/guidance
12:15-1:00: Misc. class/ activity (rock climbing, kayaking, surfing, trampolines etc.)
1:15- 2:00: Resistance training/circuit training/cool down and stretch
2:00-4:00: Down Time/lunch
4:00- Spa Treatment/Relax/Pool/Beach/Shops/Dinner
We get more done in one day then most people get done in a week! That being said, we finish each day of fitness activities at 2pm leaving you the rest of the day and night to relax and recover..chill on the beach, walk the scenic pier, check out the local shops and attractions, or simply relax in your balcony overlooking the beach ..the choice is yours! Afternoon massages and spa treatment create an even more tranquil feel to your vacation. Making fitness a lifestyle is our goal, but we also want to show you that it can be fun and you can still live a relaxing lifestyle.
