9:00-9:30: Beach Run/Walk
9:45-10:30: Class(Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Spin etc.)
10:45-11:30: Healthy Breakfast/nutrition overview
11:45-12:30: Misc. class/ activity (paddle boarding, kayaking, indoor surfing, biking etc.)
12:30-1:00 Resistance training/Myoware MRT session
1:15-2:00: Back to the resort for lunch
2:00-5:00: Rest and recover/massage, spa service
